Introduction
This product belongs to glycoside hydrolases family, called Glucan 1,4-alpha-glucosidase, is a kind of carbohydrates decomposition enzyme. It hydrolyzes 1,4-alpha-D-glycosidic bond from non-reducing end of starch successively to produce glucose . It can hydrolyze 1,6-alpha-D-glucosidic bond and convert it to glucose slowly also.

The product is refined from the imported fine strains through liquid submerged culture. Stable on quality, it can be used in fermentation industry like alcohol, monosodium glutamate, Chinese white wine, beer, yellow wine, organic acids, antibiotic etc. It is used in the production of oligosaccharides and various kinds of glucose also. In short, all industry which hydrolyze starch, dextrin, oligosaccharide by enzymes can use it.

Product Features
1. Function mode: The enzyme can cut 1,4-alpha-D-glycosidic bond from the non-reducing end of starch molecules chains successively, it can cleave 1,6-alpha-D-glucosidic bond slowly and convert it into glucose also.
2. Function condition: The product’s activity is increasing with the increase of temperature. But after 65 ℃, the activity is decreasing sharply with the temperature increase. The optimal catalysis temperature is 58-65 ℃, the optimum pH 4.2 -
3. Definition of enzyme unit: One enzyme unit is the amount of glucoamylase in 1g enzyme powder which hydrolyze soluble starch to yield 1mg glucose in 40 ℃, PH 4.6 condition in 1 hour(national standard definition of glcoamylases activity).
4.6, it don’t need additional auxiliary factors, and have part of activity of amylases, proteases, cellulases.

Testing Standard Remark:
(1) reference to GB8276-2006, standard of glucoamylase preparation used for food additive.
(2) soluble starch analytical reagent is supplied by zhejiang linghu starch factory, if test with other factories soluble starch, controlled trial is necessary
Usage
1. Alcohol industry: Cool the cooked raw material to 60 ℃, adjust pH to 4.0-4.5, add glucoamylase with dosage of 80-200 units/grams of raw materials, preserve heat for 30-60 minutes, cool down and then ferment.
2. Starch sugar industry: After liquefying raw material, adjust pH value to 4.0-4.5, cool to 60 ℃, add glucoamylase, dosage: 100-300 units/grams of raw materials, preserve heat and saccharify.
3. Beer industry: Adding glucoamylase during the saccharification or before the fermentation in light beer production, can boost fermentation degree, dosage: 0.2 - 0.5 L/T (100 000 units preparation) , namely 20 -50 units/grams of raw materials.
4. Brewing industry: In various liquors(Chinese white wine, rice wine) production, replacing the traditional fermentation starters with glucoamylase, the liquor productivity is boosted. In traditional vinegar industry, it has the same effect. Recommended usage: 100-300 unit/gram of raw materials. (note: The usage in liquors industrial should consider the length of fermentation cycle period). Applicable pH: 3.0-5.5, temperature: 40-60 ℃.
5. Other industries: In monosodium glutamate, antibiotics, citric acid and other industry, liquefy starch and cool it to 60 ℃, adjust pH 4.0-4.5, add glucoamylase with reference dosage 100-300 unit/grams of raw materials.
Packaging & Storage
1. Non-toxic plastic drum packaging: 25 kg/drum, other kind of packaging is available also.
2. It contains organic and biological materials, light and heat will cause enzyme inactivation. Therefore, transportation and storage should avoid strong light, high temperature and rain; Stored in clean, cool and dry warehouse.
3. If precipitation appears, the effect keeps the same after churning well.
